there are 2 most common types of projections known in the KS: astral body projection and the plasma body projection.
if you want to be able to do astral projection, you need to have at least 5 DNA Strands active (because we always perceive one dimensional plane lower comparing to where our consciousness is located). nowadays, it’s not recommended to do astral projections because it involves work with the Light Body and this could put you in danger of getting the distorted Trumpets into your system and getting easily attacked in the Astral plane without the right protection. in other cases, if you have 4 DNA Strands active, you’re doing a Mental Body projection, you can project to different planes of D-3 Earth atmosphere, there are quite interesting places to visit there in the consciousness projection as well. Plasma Body projection can be done even if you have very little DNA Strands activated, because it works on the Internal Creation frequencies and allows you to access the DhA-yah-TEi Planes.there are many different plasma body projections that you can do and the more journeys you complete, the more frequencies of the Internal Creation Plasmas you’ll be able to anchor in your system and basically, the more you practice, the better the whole experience will get.
there is a specific type of projection called Proga (“Projection Yoga” – KDDL1) which involves activating the TrhU’ah Body layer which is an energetic sheath under your physical skin, and that allows you to complete interplaneal journeys, meaning you’re able to pass between Internal Creation and External Creation planes. for me, the Plasma Body projections have always felt more enjoyable. it felt like a part of my Plasma Body has already been activated and that I just keep working on it on a conscious level. unlike the Astral Projections, I have never experienced any kind of fear or attacks during these projections. E’Asha said that our TrhU’ah Plasma Body is purely Krystic, it cannot do anything bad and it cannot hurt anyone. it seems to have its own mind and it’s superconscious. Projections in the Plasma Body allow you to get access to higher frequencies that can keep expanding your consciousness and to the Integral Bridge frequencies as well which allow you to keep up with the energy transmissions directly related to the Krystal River Fail-Safe Host. in current period of time, we have 2 options to choose and both of them are related to the Plasma Body:
Path of Lila (Bhardoah) – your consciousness leaves the physical body after your death and it moves into your TrhU’ah Body which is eternal and you continue your existence on the Median Earth D-Planes.
